Rangers Shake Up Roster: Rangers Reinforce Lineup with Return Of Another Top Talented Key Player.

The Texas Rangers have brought back their first baseman from the 10-day injured list ahead of Wednesday’s series finale against the Baltimore Orioles. After missing 10 games due to a left oblique strain, the 29-year-old returns to the lineup, batting .220 with 10 home runs and 29 RBIs in his debut season with Texas.

In a corresponding roster move, the team has optioned their third baseman to Triple-A Round Rock. The 27-year-old, who earned All-Star honors in 2023, has been struggling lately—batting just .152 over his last 11 games—and is hitting .237 overall this season with eight homers and 35 RBIs.
